ARVIO home screen with rows of media and continue watching

Tracking integrations

Keep Trakt and Simkl connected across devices.

Load supported lists, continue-watching progress and history into the free Android app or optional ARVIO Web on iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, Apple TV and compatible browsers.

Flexible by profile

One account, the other, or both.

Trakt and Simkl serve overlapping but different audiences. ARVIO keeps the connections independent and gives each profile control over the active tracking source.

Continue watching

Use supported progress data to resume titles from the home screen without reopening the tracker website.

Watchlists and custom lists

Browse supported Trakt and Simkl lists from the Library page alongside connected home-server libraries.

Watched history

Pull watched state into ARVIO so completed movies and episodes are represented consistently.

Playback scrobbling

Send supported start, pause, progress and completion updates while you watch through ARVIO.

Tracker preferences

Select which connected service supplies supported watchlist and continue-watching data rather than forcing a single global provider.

Cross-device state

Tracker data comes from the connected account, while ARVIO cloud sync carries supported profile preferences between Android TV, mobile and ARVIO Web on Apple and desktop devices.

Connection flow

Authorize, choose, synchronize.

Connect a tracker

Open Tracking Integrations in settings and authorize Trakt or Simkl using the service's secure flow.

Choose its role

Select the tracker used for supported watchlists, continue watching and history behavior on that profile.

Refresh the Library

ARVIO retrieves available lists and progress, then updates them as playback changes.

Sync is not media access

Trakt and Simkl store tracking metadata; they do not provide the playable file. A title in a watchlist or continue-watching row still requires a separate authorized server, provider, file or compatible integration for playback.

Common questions

Trakt and Simkl FAQ

Can Trakt and Simkl be connected at the same time?

Yes. ARVIO can keep both accounts connected and lets you select which service is active for supported lists, progress and tracking behavior.

Does ARVIO import a Simkl watchlist and continue-watching list?

ARVIO can load supported Simkl list and progress data into its Library and home experience after the account is authorized and synchronized.

Does playback mark items watched in both services?

When both trackers are enabled for sync, ARVIO can send supported playback progress and watched updates to each connected account. Network and service API availability still apply.
