Subtitle source search
Search compatible subtitle services and attached tracks for the current movie or episode.

Optional accessibility tools
Use subtitle search and optional AI translation in the free Android app or ARVIO Web on iPhone, iPad, Windows and Mac. Bring your own supported AI account; availability depends on the player and source.
Built around playback
ARVIO keeps common subtitle actions available without turning the television into a desktop editor.
Search compatible subtitle services and attached tracks for the current movie or episode.
Use supported generation or translation workflows with credentials from your own AI provider account.
Correct subtitles that appear early or late without leaving the active playback session.
Adjust size, color, background and other supported appearance options for the display and viewing distance.
Place text relative to the display layout, including supported black-bar space, rather than forcing every subtitle over the picture.
Keep supported language and AI subtitle settings with the relevant ARVIO profile across Android and the optional browser companion.
Using AI responsibly
Add your own API credential in ARVIO settings. ARVIO does not bundle a paid AI subscription.
Search existing tracks first, then use an available AI action when generation or translation is appropriate.
Generated text can be imperfect, so check timing and meaning and switch tracks when needed.
AI output may contain errors. Media-derived text or subtitle content may be sent to the AI provider selected by the user, subject to that provider's privacy terms, retention policy, account limits and charges. Do not configure a provider you do not trust.
Common questions
No. AI subtitle features are optional and require your own supported provider credentials. Provider charges and limits may apply.
ARVIO provides subtitle position and styling controls, and supported player layouts can place subtitles relative to the full display rather than only the encoded video area.
No. Generated or translated subtitles can contain timing, transcription or translation errors and should be treated as an assistive option, not an authoritative transcript.
